Three ceremonies, priced by setting and time: the indoor room, the covered deck, or the waterfront arbor. What each one includes is listed in full — there is nothing to negotiate.

Monday through Thursday at 9:30, 11:30, or 1:30. Only open dates appear, so whatever you select is genuinely yours.

Flowers, lunch, an officiant, a bar tab — add them or skip every one. The ceremony stands on its own.

Checkout takes a few minutes and your date is confirmed on the spot. No tour, no meeting, no waiting on a proposal.
Your photos
Read this section carefully — it is the part couples most often assume. There is no photographer at a self-guided ceremony. Instead, the property is set up so the photos happen without one.
A professional camera is permanently mounted and pre-framed at each ceremony site. You trigger it by remote during your vows — the frame is already composed, so you don't have to think about it.
An instant-share booth sits near the ceremony site for your guests. Everything they shoot lands in the same gallery as the ceremony frames.
Marked spots around the property — the pond, the fountain, the deck, the course. Each has a QR code linking to a short framing guide so the photo comes out right the first time.

Additional guest
One more seat at your ceremony. Covers their chair and their champagne pour. The Scenic Deck and The Arbor already include 2 guests; The Chapel Room includes your 2 witnesses. Ten people on site is the hard maximum, the two of you included.

Thirty extra minutes of private use of your ceremony site and the grounds — useful if you want unhurried photos on the photo trail afterward. Most couples booking The Arbor's 90 minutes do not need this.

Officiant
A licensed officiant who arrives, leads a short ceremony, and signs your license. Pennsylvania self-uniting licenses let you marry each other with no officiant at all, and you may bring your own at no charge — so only add this if you want us to provide one.

Bouquet + boutonniere
One hand-tied seasonal bouquet and one matching boutonniere, made fresh and waiting for you when you arrive. This is personal flowers you carry and wear — not the flowers on the ceremony structure.

A three-course lunch at Duffey's Bar & Grille on property, at a private table held for your group right after the ceremony. Priced per person, so count everyone eating. Add nothing else for food — this is the full meal.

A small decorated cake for the cutting photo, served to your group afterward. Serves up to ten.

A professional photographer on site for one hour — your ceremony plus portraits at the arbor, the pond and the gardens, with an edited digital gallery delivered within two weeks. Without this add-on there is no photographer at your ceremony; you use our free tripod and marked spots instead.

Marriage license
A Bucks County marriage license costs $60 and is issued by the Register of Wills & Clerk of Orphans' Court, 55 E. Court Street, Doylestown, PA. Both applicants must appear in person, together, with valid photo identification.
Pennsylvania is one of the few states that allows couples to marry without an officiant. With a self-uniting license, the two of you marry each other — you and your witnesses sign the license, and that is the ceremony. The fee for a self-uniting license differs from a standard one, so confirm current fees and requirements directly with the county before you go.
We are not able to give legal advice, and county requirements can change. The Register & Clerk of Orphans' Court is the authority on your license.

There is a three-day waiting period.
Pennsylvania holds every marriage license for three full days after you apply. You cannot apply the day before your ceremony. This is why our calendar will not let you book a date less than five days out.
